Graces Garden

The beautiful Grace’s Garden stamp set, and the matching Garden Gateway dies were one of the first things we fell in love with from the current mini catalogue, and I’m so glad to see they’ll be with us with the new Annual catalogue..

I had a lot of fun making this detailed z-fold card, also using the Beautiful You stamps, and Bird Ballad papers, but it’s just as lovely in a more simple card too

MORE Sail Away Tutorials- Event in a Box

I’ve been having tremendous fun sharing tutorials of projects to make with our Event in a Box kit– Our answer to the cancellation of this years fundraiser, due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic. To grab one of our great make-at-home kits, head here.

I’ve started a new post for more projects to make with the Sail Away kit, after there were SO many we could make with the Memories and More cards, featured in the previous post

Simple Strips

I shared a card like this in the very first introduction, and also designed a sketch challenge around this simple but stylish design.

Why not give it a go? Pick your paper, orientation, embellishments, and off we go!

Shaker Card

Shaker cards are fabulous for an extra special card for a young (or young-at-heart) friend celebrating!

Treasure Chest

You’ll find the pre-scored elements to make this super fun little gift box in your kit, and if you’d like to make more, the measurements are below. (Coming Soon)

The idea for this box comes from Berlin Paper Love, to make one you’ll need a piece of cardstock, scored at.

More things to make with Memories and More cards

If you still have Memories and More cards left after all those cards, why not make a mini album, from the ideas here, or even make a small 8×8 inch sampler!

For this Project, use two small and one large Memories & More cards, plus a small offcut to fill the gap. You can make it a decor piece, or use the design for scrapbooking.

Best Dressed Tutorials- Event in a Box

I love the Best Dressed suite! The floral patterns are beautiful and the accessories designs are fabulous! Let’s make lots of cards with our Event in a Box kit!

Easiest ever Designer Series Paper cards.

This is a favourite quick and easy card to show off double-sided patterns

One Sheet Wonder!

This is a great design to get the most from your papers. There are lots of cutting patterns and designs out there, but this is a fun pattern to create three different cards, just using a single 6×6″ square!

Here’s the cutting pattern and finished cards-

(you’ll find that the Blackberry Bliss card base in the kit, has a light score line to create the fold-back card from this set)

Fussy Cutting Fun

Grab some of those super cute fashion designs and floral images, and do a little ‘fussy cutting’ around the individual images. I tend to leave a couple of milimetres around the edge of the image, I find it more forgiving (plus it’s quicker!)

Zig Zag Mini Album

The Mini cards and envelopes with the kit are just too adorable. They make super sweet little gift cards, or you can turn them into a fold out album
